Southpointe Business Park (main building) – Fargo, ND

The main building at the Southpointe Business Park was damaged by an extensive fire. The remodel consisted of maintaining the original building footprint and roof lines while providing the opportunity to update the design scheme of the building (1998). The existing soffits were bulky and removed from the perimeter of the building along with the heavy arched soffits at the entries. A new color palette was created for the exterior design with timber posts and accents at the entries for an updated appearance. Upgraded landscaping completes the finishing touches on the new façade.
