Christianson Companies, formerly known as PACES Lodging Corporation, was originally formed in February of 1993 to develop, construct, own, and manage hotels across the United States. Since then, Christianson Companies has expanded into a full service developer with an in-house architecture department (DRG), construction management staff, and Class A general contractor all under one roof.

Christianson Companies is a development and construction company who also houses a full-service brokerage and property management company known as Property Resources Group (PRG), and a full-service in-house design department known as Design Resources Group (DRG).
